For this project you will need balloons, glitter, a large sheet of newspaper, a long metal ruler, a pair of scissors and a glue gun. Material: High density aluminum foil. Inflation: Air-filled. To begin, take one sheet of paper, cut the edges off, and then lay the strip of paper down on top of the balloon and trim off any excess paper. Next, take a glue gun and place the foil on top of the paper and press firmly, being careful to get an even surface. Allow to dry before you start the next step. Now, take one of the balloons and attach it to the piece of foil you first used. Now, you are ready to attach the second piece.
Take one last piece of foil and place it over the piece of paper that is already attached and attach it with an extra layer of glue. Now, trim the excess foil from around the balloon. The goal here is to create a smooth border. Now take the balloon and attach it to the two pieces of paper that were just cut out. Use glue to stick them together. Again, allow them to dry before putting them on the balloons.
